The Tenovus Cancer Support Line was launched in 1993, and was the first freephone cancer Helpline in the UK. Our trained staff and volunteers are on hand from Monday - Friday, 9am - 4.30pm, ready to take your call.
We are available to answer concerns you may have about all types of cancer.
We can -
- Provide written and verbal information and support to anyone affected by cancer
- Offer time to discuss concerns whether you or someone you know has cancer, or if you have any concerns about symptoms
- Provide signposting to other organisations that can offer help
- Provide access to our specialist team of Cancer Support Managers, Welfare Rights Officers, Counsellors and a Nurse
- Give access to research information worldwide

- Questions about treatment options/side effects
- People looking for an explanation of information
- Call from those who need emotional and social support
- People who would like to discuss worrying symptoms
- Practical questions about issues such as travel insurance
