upload a video
It's easy to upload a video to the Tenovus website. All you need to do is register below if you're a new user, or login using your email address and password.
You can then either submit a link to your video on You Tube, or upload a video directly to this site. We accept most file types including Windows Media Video(.avi), .3GP (mobile phones, .AVI (windows), .MOV (mac), .MP4 (ipod/psp), .MPEG, .FLV (adobe flash), .SWF (shockwave flash) and .MKV (h.264), up to 1GB in size.
